OD-E offers its clients the following services:

1. Policy advice. OD-E helps school directors, school boards and policy makers develop policy that acknowledges the true nature of education. It is also willing to screen existing policy.
2. Technology: Does your school train teachers, or are you a laboratory school? OD-E develops technology that makes the behavior of students and teachers visible for outsiders without being intrusive for insiders.
3. Research. OD-E conducts research in cooperation with well-established institutions such as universities and encourages the active participation of teachers in research.
4. Help in the battle against bureaucracy. Do you have the impression that external organizations impose demands on you that do not serve quality education? OD-E helps you analyze whether you have a case to defend yourself.
5. Awareness. The separation between knowledge and action has been destructive for quality education. This needs to be realized on different levels: by researchers, teachers, policymakers, schoolboards, schoolleaders and parents. OD-E offers an interactive presentation that is tailored to the needs of different audiences.
6. Professional career programs. OD-E helps schoolleaders to construct career programs for teachers in which the experiential knowledge of teachers is valued.
